Is my Lumia 950 XL dual sim a bad one. Every hour it restarts for one or twice times.
After updating tonight its message is:
"Lumia 950XL is locked for security reasons . Please charge it for two hours and try again."

What could be the problem or how to solve??

what OS version were you on? Have you ever done a hard reset?
And where did you get the device from? you could take it back to them for checking.
