I'm needing help, I can't decide if should get a 950XL or wait for the Surface Phone. I want something new and nice, my 640 is falling apart. Any ideas? Maybe a 1520 and wait?

take a look at your needs, financing and patience.

The surface phone is probably going to release in a year from now so you'll have long to wait. A 1520 is a better option only if you can get one in mint condition.
