Lumia Amber update: What is sooner? Coming soon or Waiting for approval?

How many days will it take for the "coming soon" status change to "available" guys? I know it depends on the Network providers but form your experience how long it took?

Do not focus on that list. I could get the update, and days later it still said coming soon there. So the list is not updated very often.

Amber update for Hong Kong is in a mess. The update for 920 was available around end of August but arrived on a few of 920 only. We keep checking with Nokia HK and they kept asking us to be patient. Amber update is rolling out in batch and we'll receive it soon. Someone noticed that the update status was changed to coming soon suddenly around a week ago... Nokia HK told us to be patient again and again. On 20th Sept Nokia changed the status to available and Nokia HK post on Facebook page said that they've FIXED the problem and asked 820 and 920 users to go check for update on their phones! They also reminded 920 users to download Pro Cam app. Unfortunately NO 920 user was able to receive the update. Nokia change the update status to coming soon again. Haha! Nokia HK is making fun with 920 users here in Hong Kong. Even users of the 620 can update the software on their phones...

This is totally unacceptable. We want an official answer from Nokia or Nokia HK to state clearly the cause of the problem and when they can fix it!! It's very frustrating when you know Amber update is rolling out smoothly in the regions around you...
