Lumia apps (like Camera), will they return to Win 10?

Sorry for bringing up this topic again, but I couldn't find any recent info regarding the Lumia apps on Windows 10 Mobile.

One of the things that made me go back to 8.1 on my Lumia 1020 was the bad photo quality on Win 10 and the lack of features in Windows Camera app (no raw, no full resolution etc).

I thought Microsoft was going to port the Lumia apps to Win 10, but now people say that Windows Camera will replace Lumia Camera.

What's the latest info on this?

Well, Lumia apps such as Cinemagraph and Moments and Storyteller will probably eather get a Win10 version, or just stay the same. I don't see why would they shut them down.
As for the camera, I've heard that the default Camera app (not sure for the name, wasn't it Microsoft Camera?) will get way better and take all the features of the current Lumia Camera, and you won't need any other camera app. I hope that's true, because the default camera app on 8.1 sucks hard, and as of now I'm not impressed with the Camera app in Win10 eather.

Yes, at least RAW support HAS to come to Win 10, otherwise it will be a big failure.
And it makes no sense that the new default camera app in Win 10 has worse photo quality then the old Lumia Camera.

Microsoft has some real work to do before making Win 10 RTM...

Just so you know, the default camera app in Win10 DOES support full resolution pictures, AND RAW (DNG) output.

No, I think that was lost with the merging of Smart cam and Pro cam into Lumia Camera.

I can do that on my 630 with Lumia camera and also on my 640 with Lumia camera 5 - the process is slightly different as I just need to use rich capture on the 640, on the 630 you just need to select the action shot mode in the app

not with all phones. E.g. my 1020 does not have this downsampling or RAW options
