Lumia Black do not load webpages on 3G

Hello to everyone:

just yesterday got from my operator the versi?n of Lumia Black and GDDR3 but now do not load webpages on 2-3-4G also i tried almost everything and i do not know what is going on, now i did an new profile of APN and appear H+ but still without load websites.

any help will be appreciated

Well I. Don't fixed the problem but my operator networks aren't compatible with Lumia black and tried another smart card of another operator and worked fine so is first case that an operator launch an update and don't work in the network.

Claro Chile is not compatible with GDDR3 and Lumia black firmware

Movistar Chile (Telefonica moviles Chile) works fine in a 820 Lumia black
