Lumia Camera 5 (beta) bug

Has anyone noticed this imaging issue with the Lumia Camera 5 or Beta on their 830? When you take a picture in low light and manually adjust ISO or shutter speed, there are always lots of white dots all over the picture. No problem with Lumia camera classic.

take various pics and see if the white dots are in the same spot or not...

No, they are always in the diffrent spot.
