Lumia Camera Questions

My phone just got updated to Denim over the weekend (its a HK country variant) and I've spent much of it playing with the new Lumia Camera application. Thus far I have to say I'm pretty impressed with what it can do though I haven't really played around with creating Action Shots via the Moment capture. My question is, how do I make the Flash and Rich Capture states stick? It seems like I often have to turn Rich capture on and set the flash to auto when I launch the Lumia Camera application. Is there a way to make them default to that state?

How do you take action shots, like in lumia camera classic?

Launch the Lumia camera app and then press and hold the shutter button to do a 'moment capture'. Then edit the moment capture in the Lumia Moments app and it'll have an option to either choose the best shot (extract pictures from the 4k video) or to do an action shot.
