It is one of the worst kind of answers he could give, completely avoiding the question and talk about something completely different. He was neither asked about the 1520/930, nor about the new camera software.
So either the issue won't get fixed, he knows it and avoids the question to give a not too negative answer or else he doesn't really know and the issue was somehow solved with the new camera software - which I doubt.
