Lumia Cyan update for Preview User

I have developer preview for my Lumia 1020 and today I received the Cyan update. After I installed it, there was a developer update available that I swear I already installed a few weeks ago.?

May we know from what country you're from? I also have L1020 in dev prev, but have not received Cyan update yet. But, to answer your question, I'm guessing that the developer update that was available to you (again) was GDR1. Installing Cyan could have "reset" the GDR1 so it had to be installed again.

Did you check extras+info to confirm if it's really cyan?

Based on what I've read, downloading GDR1 will not reset Cyan to Black since it's just Firmware updates.

Cyan is drivers/firmware whereas 8.1, GDR1 are OS. Separate entities.
