Lumia Icon with Denim is jittery / laggy

Is anyone experiencing jittery movements in the Start Screen after Denim update on Lumia Icon? especially when you come back from the Camera app; it is very laggy.

Soft reset (Hold down Power button and Vol-Down until phone shuts itself off and starts up again).

If that doesn't work, back everything up and try a hard reset (Settings > About > Reset My Phone).

I updated mine last night and haven't done a reset since it booted up as Denim.
Today I was testing all sorts of apps one after another such as the new camera and what not and I actually thought the phone was pretty snappy.

The camera starting up and being ready to shoot quickly was a nice improvement.

Soft and hard rest didn't work.
It's not that much visible but I can say for sure that the start screen is more laggish than before. (Lumia Black and Windows Phone 8.1 developer preview)
