Lumia Phone - How to trigger a manual back-up. Any way?

From the "Guide: Reset your Lumia" I found this ...

The battery should be at full charge prior to returning to factory settings.
A full (Hard reset) can take up to 20 minutes depending on your system files.

It sounds like there is a way to back-up manually, on demand.
Is this true?
If so, How?

There is a way. If you're using Windows Phone 8.1:
1). Navigate to Settings>backup
2).Tap "apps+settings"
3). Tap "back up now"

If you're using Windows 10 Mobile:
1). Navigate to Settings>Update & security>Backup
2). Tap "More options"
3). Tap "Back up now"
