lumia`s 822 driver for programing (diagnostic interface)

I`ve verizon`s lumia 822. My local CDMA operator (in Ukraine) can`t programing my phone and i`m using RUIM card for CDMA. I have only voice, but mobile internet my phone did not has. As I read this forum my situation can be solved by programming (write prl and oth. to phone). But the difficulty is that the engineers of the operator reported that they could not connect the phone to programming soft. They can not find a suitable driver.
Please advice me where to find the driver that will help to see the Nokia 822 by service program.
