Lumia selfie app is not available in store

Recently I truti search Lumia selfie app in store(region-India) but I couldn't find it. So is it just me or microsoft has taken it down=[ ?? And I have just downgraded my Lumia 525 to 8.1(denim) does it effect anything for not showing the app in the store.

Noticed that, too. Just reinstalled Windows Phone 8.1 using Windows Device Recovery Tool, yesterday.
Can't find Lumia Selfie and Lumia Cinemagraph (region: Germany; device: Nokia Lumia 1020).

same here although i did nothing cinemagraph just stopped and is now not available in store sigh :/

Both were discounted recently if not mistaken.
