Mail App Installation Error 0x8007007b

Hi,
I can't install the Mail, Calendar and People app in the Store (green one), because I always get an error 0x8007007b. I have this error since the 9926 build and thought, it will go away with the next one, but it still persists. I tried the powershell thing, but it didn't help. Any ideas, why I get this error or what I can do about it?
