Mail not syncing in Lumia 925 PFD

I just updated to PFD a few days ago and since then none of my three mailboxes have synced. I cant even access the mail settings as it remains un-responsive. Only the three dots work but thats it. If i click on anything, does not work. Even mails do not scroll up/down.

Can you download apps?
Is date and time correct?
Try to delete one under settings > email+accounts > hold the account and delete > add it again.
