Is there any chance to MS Nokia give us a staible bar for NEtwork Signal Battery Level and much more. BT Icon Wifi Icon...?

I am on GDR3. Noticed that if I swipe down from the top, the status bar with the signal, WiFi, battery will show for a while. I didn't turn on Bt. Not sure if it is a GDR3 feature or if it is always available. I just jumped into WP yesterday. Just received my 820 yesterday and did the GDR3 update today.

I have also L820 but i have installed Developer Preview GDR3 kindly tell me if you have installed Officially GDR3 so please give me a variant code of L820 RM-825 waiting your response
