Make Voice Command Default over "Tell Me"

New to Samsung Intrepid and WinMo 6.5. When using the phone with bluetooth and pressing the button on bluetooth headset it ONLY will invoke Tell Me. I would like to make Voice Command as default for bluetooth since it is more useful when I am in the car. Any tips?
