Make Windows 10 Installation Disk on Mac

My wife's Windows 10 laptop crashed and can't login. I am currently on a Macbook Pro and need to how to create a Windows 10 installation disk to make a clean install.

Most of them are based on Boot Camp Assistant. It doesn't work for me
