Making ringtones with the windows phone connector

I have a mac so I'm forced to use the windows phone connector program, and when I pulled content over from iTunes only 1 of my ringtones came over.

I checked the file format and its m4r, just like the rest of them are and I don't really understand why the rest aren't coming over too.

Any advice?

You need to set the genre for the track to "ringtone" in iTunes. If there isn't a genre for that, just type it. The ringtone can be max 40s long, mp3 or wma.
