Managing junk mail in the WP mail app ?

It is not obvious how I set up rules to manage Junk email, or mail rules in the WP email App.

I have searched these forums, but still not clear how I auto manage emails into folders on my Lumia WP8.1 Phone.

Any suggestions would be helpful
