Mango - Calendar and Speed Dial Question

Hi all, I am learning about my new Trophy and I find it to be a fantastic phone! I do have a few questions. First, I have bad eyesight and would like to know if there will be improvement in Mango with the monthly calendar view. It's really small right now and I can't zoom in. Second, is there any way to set speed dials? I found that if you press and hold the windows button, you can voice dial, but I would also like to set some numbers as speed dial. Thanks!

I found a preview of Calendar + Todos in Mango on youtube. Looks like things look the same in Calendar, but now Todo's sync with exchange.

As far as speed dial is concerned, I think it just goes by the Contact Name.

The reason you can't zoom in on the month view is that it currently doesn't show the actual text of your appointment. It just shows some placeholder text in really tiny font so you can't read it.

After looking really closely I'm pretty sure I can make out the words "Hello from Seattle" on some of my calendar days. That phrase is actually on the back of my Zune, it must be something that MS likes to do. I can't make out any of the other phrases on the calendar though.

So I'm pretty sure it just shows random text for any day that you have appointments.

There is no one-touch speed dial. The best you can do is pin people to start.

There are several third party apps for free or .99 that support speed dial. So two taps; one to open the app, one to make a call. Much less scrolling than in the people hub.

Interesting item in Mango.... You can now create groups in the people hub.. then Pin the group to your home tiles.. when you click the group you see the list of people.. you can then just touch the person you want to call and select to call them.

Not exactly speed dial.. but pretty efficient IMO.. and really nice to see things like facebook/twitter etc.. by groups instead of just seeing the whole stream of friends..
