Maps app not working

I click on the app icon and it opens but then shuts down. Any ideas how to fix?

Also I can't find WhatsApp in the store.

WhatsApp support for Windows Phone/W10M ended 12/31 so it isn't in the store. As to Maps, try an app reset if it's an option.
