March of Empires, Candy Crush, Solitaire, Twitter, MSN news and Minecraft keep reinstalling

No matter how many times I remove them, despite the fact I've disabled auto-update in the store, these apps keep reinstalling whenever I reboot Windows. I'm not sure if it's a side effect of being on the fast ring or not, but I just changed to production ring and it still happens. Any solutions?

This happens on my desktop AND my Surface.
