Anyone found a way to resolve this error? Marketplace works fine over WiFi but when you connect via 3G this error appears

Dont use network setup app

This was really annoying!!

I managed to find a thread that recommended resetting the phone to factory defaults and re-setup the phone without using the Network Setup App. Worked for me.
