Marketplace is missing

I recently tried to update my Apps on my HTC titan 2 and i cant open the marketplace. Every time i click on it, it loops back around to where i started. How do i fix this?

Have you tried rebooting your phone - on/off? Taking the battery out?

I cannot install any apps from Marketplace either. I get an error message "check data connection try again later". My data connection is fine. Everything else works. Reboot does not help. I suspect Marketplace is down, since I cannot even open it in a PC browser and send a link to my device.
