Well take a look at the game trailer and description.

It says its also for Windows phone 8 and a link is provided.

Yes. I saw that article. But look at the end of official trailer, it shows [ios] [android] [windows] [windows phone]
Also the video description clearly shows two distinct links for windows & windows phone.
