Me tile "Check In" feature not working

Earlier this evening I tried to check in on my NOKIA Lumia 920 through the Me tiles "Check In" feature, but for a good few minutes the phone kept searching for nearby locations and didn't display any results. Since that didn't work, I opened the Facebook app and checked in through there. Also, I opened up Here Maps and it was able to find my location, very quickly, with no issues. Is anyone else experiencing problems checking in via the Me tile? Is there a solution to get it working? In my phone settings, I have my location on, and I have no restrictions or anything turned off that would interfere with finding nearby locations.

Same here, won't find my location. All other location apps seem to work fine...

It must be some server side issue like we had with notification earlier this week - it doesn't load any nearby places for me on WiFi or 3G.

This has been happening to me as well but I tried Facebook app and it was giving me error message also saying to check if my location services is on and to confirm that there are no restrictions .
