"Me" Tile Picture Reverts Back to Old Image?

Like the title says, my "Me" tile for some reason reverts back to an old picture after a while.
I choose my Facebook profile for my "Me" image, after a while, the image switches back to a low resolution version of an old profile picture.
Once I tap the tile to get into it, the picture eventually updates back to the correct image.
I do have the 8.1 version of Facebook, and it is connected.

Anyone dealing with this? It's not really a bother functionally obviously, just strange.
