Seem to have lost my me tile on my lumia 920, can i get it back?

Yeah you can get it back. Just go to the "people" tile/app, click on the picture of you that's at the top and it will take you to the "me" screen. At the bottom there is the pin icon and you tap that to pin it back to the start screen.
