Windows Central Question

I have a paid meet'm application installed on my phone from a year ago.
Today when I try to log on the error message is appear on the screen: "ERROR.
Messaging seems to be unavailable. Do you want to try to restart messaging?".

Also the setting menu down in right is not active.

I restarted my phone, disable and enable location again, same mistake is appear. Uninstall app, restarted, then install app again and the same error is appearing.

Tried to find some information on the web without result. Tried to open a developer web page and ask them, but there is no feedback or e-mail support.

Could you please help me with some suggestion?
Did anyone has the same problem (may be this is problem with the servers or s.e.).

Thank you!

Unfortunately it seems to be dead again, not just the chat this time but the whole app. Is it worth us contacting the developer? Are any of you guys even still Windows users?

Sure I still use it or would like to use it if it would working but since today it is dead

Come on! I have the same problem. It doesnt work. I reinstalled the app because I thought that was a problem with my phone. What should I do?

Thanks guys, I'll email too. It's not ideal having to use a tethered iPad for such things... although I've been a lot more productive these past two days (!) haha.

I have the same problem. I sent e-mail to OABsoftware but I somehow mistrust them, I don`t think they will react quickly. The app had a similar problem back in the spring. By the way nice to meet you guys. Please post a message if the problem is solved!

I have the same issue. I have emailed them today and also tweeted .
It's happened before and they are usually good at being on top of these issues
