memory card gets corrupted in lumia 1320

I bought myself a sandisk ultra class 10 32 gb card after updating my 1320 to 8.1. After using it for 3 months, the card got corrupted. I then got myself a samsung 2 gb card. Even that got corrupted. It says memory card need to be formatted. But when i try to format it says that the card cannot be formatted. I have seen few other posts mentioning the same problem. Does anybody have the solution for this.

i had the same SanDisk ultra class 10, 32GB, it had got corrupted, try transcend 32GB class 10, it would work fine with L1320.

I had a SanDisk Ultra class 10, 64 GB. It gave me enormous amount of problems..Phone used to lag like crazy, phone got hung up, apps would crash etc. I got so frustrated that I just dumped the SD card and now have everything installed onto the phone memory and everything runs as smooth as butter.

I'm not sure if my card slot has a problem of the SD card is screwed up.
