memory card problem

I had the same issue on the 520 I use as a media player.I tried all the same things you tried but I had to do a hard reset to fix it.

Hard reset with memory card inserted or removed ?

Why need a card reader ? Just insert the memory card in phone and then connect your phone to PC via USB , then open my computer/windows explorer / navigate to your windows phone and then copy your data to a safe place.

Happened nothing after backup and format and restore the files in sd card

Please help....

Not unless you check the box asking if you want to format the SD card.

I left the card in but didn't erase it. But I might have formatted it after the hard reset. I didn't have anything but music (which all lives on my computer) on it so I had nothing to lose.

It seemed to. The phone knows the files are music now. But, like I said, I only use the phone as a media player so I had little to lose by trying the hard reset.

Hard reset works fine. But after hard reset I had a problem in call+sms filter. It's not opening and hits an error...

Have you tried reinstalling it? I reinstalled it on my 822 using SysAppPusher and it works fine. I don't use my 520 as a phone so I haven't tried it on it as of yet.
