Memory issue with Lumia 520

1. When I go to Settings --> Phone Storage --> Phone, it shows that music+videos take 10.19 GB. But my phone is Nokia Lumia 520, which is an 8 GB phone.
2. Other memory shows some junk numbers like -67419,14,457 bytes.
3. Shrink Storage and Storage Cleaner apps just frees some memory around 300-400 mb.
4. If I link my facebook account, will the photos be downloaded into phone memory or the photos are shown from facebook every time?

I don't believe they are downloaded to your phone unless you select save to phone.
