Messaging alerts from 950xl not appearing on PC

When I receive a WhatsApp message on my 950XL, an alert pops up on my W10 PC(s) in the Notification and Action Center. However, when I receive an SMS text/message, nothing appears on the PC(s). I've compared setting and can't seem to spot any differences. What am I missing?

I think this stopped when the move to Skype integration started.
