Hi there, long time windows phone user returning after a break from windows 8. I have noticed that my conversations will create new threads in my messaging app daily. I am wondering if this can be fixed on my windows10 device. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

To better explain , the same person could text me the next day and it will start a new thread, instead of going into the same conversation

Its a lumia 650, on the stock messaging app, and using windows OS build 10.0.14393.67

I'M also on same build and didn't get notifications on lock, start screen in w10m yet.

it's happening with all contacts or just a few? I've read about this issue only once, don't know if that got solved or not :sweaty:

check to see if the notification settings have changed after the update and also check that the apps can run in the background

I own same phone , no such iusse in all builds, check in Settings -> Notify if by chanche you enabled Keep private in lock screen
