Micro SD card stuck in sync.

Having a problem syncing to a new micro SD card. Its a new card and yesterday for the first time I synced over about 38 gigs of music to it. It's a 62 gig card. Today, I go back in to WMP to sync over another few playlists, and it gets stuck syncing the very first song. It says its still syncing, but it isn't.

Any ideas???

UPDATE: I let it stay in this configuration for about 15 minutes. Suddenly, it then started to continue the sync as normal. I'm confused....

Made duplicates of many playlists. It seems to be working a lot better if I only sync one playlist at a time.
