Microphone issue, people can't hear me.

My wife's Lumia 625 has an issue with the microphone I think.
During phone calls, she can hear me, but i can't hear her.
Also when she sends a voice recording trough whatsapp, I only hear a constant noise.
Now the strange thing, when I insert the jack from the headphone, she's able to send a voice recording through whatsapp, and I'm able to hear it!
Already did a soft reset, that hasn't given a solution.
Tonight I'll try a hard reset.
Someone experienced this before?
Will the hard reset help?

I had the same issue with my 620. If it's the same with the 625, hard reset, or even factory reset won't do anything.
Are you able to take off the phone's back?

I'll edit this post later with some pics of my 620, I managed to fix it, but could not use headphones after it.

Edit:

the red circles indicate where the headphone jack's connectors are placed. If you see something similar on your 625, you can fix it. Just cut out a little peace of paper that fits on the connectors, put it there and put the back back. Ta-da!

Thanx for the great advice, unfortunatly the back cover of the lumia 625 is way different from the lumia 620.
So I have to use my warrenty and need to send it to Nokia support I think.
