I ordered on the 6th, I noticed yesterday evening that MS had authorized payment on my Bank Card, then this morning I see that UPS has 2 tracking numbers for me. The first number is associated with my complete care coverage and it says a label has been created awaiting pickup. The other tracking number for my actual band reports back that it is not even in the system yet. Very strange I am not sure what to think. If I don't have a tracking number with a delivery date of tomorrow (30th) by tomorrow morning, I will pick a band up at my local Kiosk and return my Pre-Order whenever it arrives. I guess I wrongly assumed that pre-order would guarantee that I get a band before or at the same time they are released to stores.

Update: About 15 minutes ago I got an update email from UPS, my band is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow between 1-5pm. Its coming from Ontario CA to Knoxville TN, it was upgraded to "Next Day Air". I still have my Complete Care coming from Harrisburg PA in a separate package due for delivery on Monday. What is in that package? Are they really sending us a paper copy of our insurance/damage program? Are they sending us a screen protector, or maybe some free MS SWAG since we were preorder people that bought the care package?

Sounds like the folks that ordered the "complete care" got a different shipping partner.

I got the email too actually 52 min. But still says only label has printed. from

The 1.2lb from California was just created today and is for overnight air. But still nothing has made it to a UPS facility.

Finally!! Now shows arrived at UPS Facility. I am going to get tomorrow. UPS Next Day Air Saver And I did buy the Microsoft Complete for Microsoft Band 2 (the warranty)

I just got notified that my FedEx Band 2 shipment just arrive in Memphis at 12.27Am Fri morning. This seems too late to get distributed to cities for Friday delivery but I could be wrong. Estimated delivery still Monday by 10:30. Still hope?!!

Local center does not open until 9:00 am Have to wait an extra hour!
Mine is at my local center. I have it on hold for pickup. Should have it around 8:00 Am! Woot!!

My complete care tracking number shows that it shipped as well. I'll be very interested to see what .3 lb materials were worth shipping overnight. Whatever it is, it seems like they could of stuck it in the same box as the band, right?

I ordered on 10/6 and purchased Complete, too. My Band 2 is out for delivery. Shipped via UPS Next Day Saver from Cali and package is 1.2lbs.

This is an unexpected surprise...

I checked tracking this morning and was surprised to discover that my Band progressed from Japan, through Tennessee, to my state since yesterday afternoon. My scheduled delivery has been moved up from next Monday to this morning; something I haven't really ever seen before.

Band in hand! Just picked mine up. Even the packaging is cool. Amazing trip from China to Southwest Florida in a little more than 24 hours....already updating software upon first pairing

Tracking updated! I ordered on Oct 6th in the US. Band was shipped yesterday from Ontario CA and due to arrive today by EOD!! The care pack was also shipped yesterday from Ontario and scheduled for Tuesday delivery. Can't wait to get home and unbox!!

Looks like FedEx updated the delivery to 10:30 today! Within an hour. Yes!

Mine got bumped back to Monday so I went to my local MS Store and walked out with a Band 2. Syncing and updating now.

btw Im glad I tried one on in store - I used the sizing guide and was borderline - medium was too big even at tightest setting. So I went with a small. I'm 5' 10" athletic build. There's now a lot of extra track on the clasp, but with running being my primary exercise I wanted to be sure it would be tight on my wrist for HRM accuracy
