Three jobs? Life support if anything I imagine, and a job listing doesn't matter if there's minimal support from elsewhere. Already this will do nothing to counter the earlier layoffs.

I think it's great. At least they're hiring people as opposed to seeing more layoffs. Maybe it means something and maybe it doesn't but hey it can give us a little hope!

You can have thousands of employees and still see no innovation (Apple, anyone?) while having those few visionaries can make the different between a moot product and a revolutionary one. Not saying that these three will change everything, but just saying that numbers don't always tell the whole story. Good to see Microsoft adding to the team =)
