Almost sure that MS can get easily 40% of the enterprise market... but the consumer? That's a tough one, specially the massive amount of money spend by Samsung in marketing. The consumer market is mostly driven by the "cool" factor and brand awareness which MS is seriously lacking at the moment.

Are Microsoft hopes for 20% consumer, 40% enterprise market share in UK by 2015 realistic?

I think so.

Your thoughts?

I'm not sure how they plan to grow so much in enterprise when the big seller was the 520, and AFAIK continues to be low end devices. And fastest growing in 2013? That depends on how you look at it. By comparison, Android's growth from 2012 to 2013 in absolute numbers was almost 10 times WP's total sales over the same period.
