microsoft lumia 535 doesn't allow to install viber and adobe reader

my microsoft lumia 535 doesn't allow to install viber and adobe reader though they can be downloaded. it displays "attention required, tap here, retry all". but retrying also ended with the same result.

While downloading any app if internet network becomes slower or it cuts down then this error message occurs attention required

Just reboot your device or make soft reset by pressing power and volume down key simultaneously.
