How to Get refocus app? When i click in camera app - doesn't find in store

I believe it is one of those things being phased out as an app to reappear as an integrated part of Camera under Win 10 Mo...

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I guess that was the plan but still they haven't updated the app to have refocus and action shot feature.
