Microsoft Movies & TV - How to Rescan File Names?

I have quite a lot of local media (movies and TV shows) from ripping my own DVDs, and many times when I rip the DVDs, the filenames aren't really great for organization. Of course I rename them, but sometimes I put them into my media folder (where Movies & TV looks for media) without renaming them and instead rename after I move them into that folder. The problem is Movies & TV ends up scanning the file before I can rename it, and it keeps that name for the file instead of the renamed version (which is much better for organization). How can I get Movies & TV to rescan my entire media folder so that it can update the names?

I don't use Movies & TV, so I might be wrong here, BUT can you uninstall the app then reinstall it? That should cause it to rescan.
