Microsoft rewards in unsupported region.

Hello!
Have been using MS rewards for over 2 years here in the middle east with no issues at all, just recently redeeming a reward a page with error message shows up "Error with your account".

Have made no changes to my account, what could be the problem? How are using MS rewards in your unsupported region?
