I reckon so.... Hearing all the whining on WPC etc, they probably just thought, "If you can do better, then do it!!!"

Someone just needs to remake the Zune Player from WP7.5 and it will be perfect.

At least until Microsoft finds a way to make Xbox Music brilliant or at least desirable.
