Microsoft should sell a keyboard with built in track pad for XBox 1 for $59.99

I can understand wanting a keyboard for the Xbox One, but do you really intend on doing office work on a games console???

I don't know about Office ever coming to Xbox, but I am guessing it might be possible to connect a Bluetooth keyboard with those features.

Metro Office is coming in 2014.

The target for Metro Office on XBox One? First, add a 23" to 27" touch screen monitor. Then place in every High School kids room, College dorm room, and under 30s First Apartment bedroom. Add some decent powered speakers. That's their Media Center. The old assumptions are wrong. Take a Windows 6" phablet to class and use it as the media center controller.

That's the vision. The PC and Ultrabook are dead for the average person.

Not happening.

Office on Xbox, tons of people with 23" or 27" touchscreens...

Touchscreens for essentially desktops is not a good idea for 99% of people. It just isn't practical or useful (I have a 23" touchscreen).
Xbox, like a phone, is for consumption, not creation. If the browser is not held back on the One, I guess you could use office web apps on it but I can't even begin to imagine someone doing that.
Also, 6" phones will never be the norm. Most people don't want phablets.
Also, the guy said PC and ultrabooks are dead (I assume he meant desktops and laptops). This is completely wrong.

Just wanted to point out that you are wrong. It has been officially stated that Microsoft Office will be a feature on Xbox to justify it as a business purchase. However, I believe they stated that could possibly be Office Web Apps via Internet Explorer on Xbox.
