Over the past 6 months I've contacted various MS support staff about issues including my Xbox, Surface pen and various day to day software queries.
My experience in each instance has been stellar. I'm not too sure when this started but it seems that lately MS is investing way more time, money and training into their support staff than they used to. Every time I've contacted them I've been greeted with a friendly, eager to help, knowledgeable rep who's managed to walk me through the problem and find a solution.
So yeah, this is a bit of an unashamed fan boy shout out but I don't care; Thank you MS support staff, great job and keep up the fantastic work.
Anybody else had a positive experience?
