Microsoft support sucks

I have had similar experience, I bought SP3 from a local store in Australia last year and is still under warranty. After a few months when I upgraded to windows 10 my type cover would punch space key without I pressing it. I called the support, and got a replacement, so for so good. After I plugged in the type cover after a day or two it stopped working and would not work after I login to the windows. I tried all possible things I could, installed recent updates, did a soft reset and then eventually a hard reset, a guy from Surface support helped me with all those things.

Finally they sent me a new shipping label before xmas so it can be replaced, I was surprised when I saw exactly the same surface as I shipped which was downgraded to windows 8 ( that is where I left it basically ). I opened the the box and found same issue as before. I called them again and they wasted another hour making me try different options, but the issue remained. They finally sent me another shipping label to replace the device, I sent it back to them.

Here we go again I got exactly the same device, thank God at least they upgraded it to windows 10 this time, I really got annoyed when found exactly the same issue even though type cover was replaced.

I am kinda frustrated now, and not sure what to do, either I keep calling the support and keep going in circles or I just trash this device and call Fair Trading commission of Australia to open a case against them, as it is going to take forever.

I WILL RESELL MY ITEM ONCE I GET IT FIXED NO MORE MICROSOFT FOR WHATS SO EVER......... THEY JUST SUCK!!!!!!!!
