Microsoft Wedge mouse - Surface edition

Got this tiny little thing in the mail yesterday, very impressed. I have large hands and thought it might be awkward to use, but its great. The price is steep, and in a moment of frustration with my old Microsoft Bluetooth mouse I broke down and ordered it.

I want to get one but the regular wedge mouse is only 35 on Amazon, only difference being the color.

though I would somewhat agree, you are really limited with choices in the Bluetooth mouse area. with the surface, a mouse that is compact, wireless, and well designed is needed. Shoot, the wedge mouse is great for any mobile road warrior.

I really like mine. $70 was steep then, but 35 is steal now.

Find a better mouse.. With Bluetooth.

Assuming it works, Razer makes a bluetooth gaming mouse. I would venture a guess and say that it's a bit more ergonomic.

I like my Wedge mouse, and its perfect for on the go with the Surface, but I started out by using it as my desktop mouse and soon became very tired of it! Switched back to my Sidewinder x5 within a week.

I would love the Wedge even more if it supported Windows 8 gestures!

THIS. Get it from amazon or have a local store PM amazon.com. This mouse works so well with the Surface. Keeps the usb port open and fits in the pocket of my sleeve for the Surface.

What's the difference between a normal Wedge Mouse, and the Surface Edition one?

Color... The regular is chrome/silver and the surface edition matches the surface a little better with a Smokey color

I love my wedge mouse, fully worth the $70 as there is nothing comparable on the market. Unique devices are able to get premium pricing.

It looks a good mouse but the price is too high currently.

Look around for the non-Surface mode. Identical for all except the color (which is still similar) and can be found for a lot cheaper.
