Windows Central Question

Say you have a entry-level pc, like a budget laptop, but want to play high-end pc games, could you use xcloud to stream pc games or even to power your pc or maybe stream your pc games to mobile?

Welcome to the forums. In theory, streaming games is supposed to alleviate some stress to the user's PC.

lol, to put what Golfdriver97 said plain english - yes, you could in theory providing you have a decent internet connection as latency would be key issue in terms of performance and playability. For example, you don't want a situation where you press a button and it registers a second later - so take killer instinct for instance, everything must have been in real time otherwise you are at an disadvantage.

Also you may end up in a situation where you think you are winning, whereas on the flipside your competition may think he or she is winning which causes an input conflict which is generally resolved in a lag spike where everything happens all at once (quite literally).

So a decent internet connection is mandatory.
